Payment & Confirmation
Your payment confirms your registration and attendance at this workshop. A receipt will be sent to your nominated email address upon successful payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund requests will be considered if written notice is provided at least 7 days prior to the workshop date. Requests made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund. To request a refund, please contact us directly.

No Transfers
Registrations are non-transferable and cannot be moved to another person or a future event.

Workshop Changes
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by us, a full refund will be provided.

Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
